Dr. Alexandra Grob is a Board-Certified Dermatologist. She received a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from Michigan State University, and went on to receive her medical degree from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale. She then returned to Michigan for her Internship and Dermatology Residency at Beaumont Health System through Michigan State University, where she served as Chief Resident . After graduating, Dr. Grob practiced in northern New Jersey for several years. She then moved to Tampa with her husband and two daughters, where they very much enjoy living.

Dr. Grob has lectured at multiple medical conferences, and has published articles in peer-reviewed journals. She has a passion for integrating both medical and cosmetic dermatology, with years of experience in advanced laser and injection techniques. Dr. Grob prides herself in being able to deliver natural looking results, and helping people look and feel their best.

Dr. Grob practices a whole-person approach to dermatology, and was inspired to create Modern Dermatology to deliver her vision of customized, patient centered care. She has a special interest in treating acne, acne scars, hair loss, early skin cancer detection and prevention, and overall skin rejuvenation. She enjoys treating patients of all ages, including pediatric patients.
